Shoulder Osteoarthritis

Less common, but because shoulders are supposed to be very mobile and are used for so many daily activities, arthritis of the shoulder can be extremely debilitating.

Making sure the ball of the arm bone (the humerus) is in the center of the joint is the most important factor to keep you pain free and prevent any progression. Your physiotherapist will look at your posture, shoulder blade position and how centered your shoulder is and teach your muscle to keep it that way.
