Frozen Shoulder

As the name implies, this is a condition where pain and stiffness ensue. Currently, the medical community does not fully understand why the “freezing” occurs. At PhysioActive, we get great results by reducing your pain and limiting the amount of freezing that occurs. Usually this includes treating your neck, upper back, ribs and the nerves that come from these areas and travel to your shoulder. Our use of technology like laser, shockwave, needling (IMS and Acupuncture) as well as PEMF/magnetic biostimulation allows our therapists to reduce your pain quickly and get you from your freezing phase to the thawing phase as quickly as possible. Although this condition can be extremely debilitating, all of our clients make a full pain-free recovery. The bad news is that it does take some time, therapy and work to get there.
