Ankle Sprain
This is the most common joint sprain and is often one of the worst joints to be rehabilitated correctly. So many people complain about weak ankles, or tell us that once they sprain their ankle once it will keep getting sprained. Or they roll their ankle for no reason. These are all indications that the movement and control of your ankle is not optimal.
The most common sprain is called an inversion sprain where the ankle rolls inward and most of the damage is to the ligaments on the outside of the ankle. Swelling and pain can ensue.
