I am 53 and had a hip replacement exactly 4 months ago and I have been seeing Aparna for the past 3 months. She is an incredible therapist who is not only professional but so warm and friendly and is always happy to answer my questions. Her real forte is her attention to detail when instructing me on exercises as she will point out small adjustments in technique that make a significant difference in working that target area. My recovery has been tremendous and I feel that a lot of my success can be attributed to her. I am walking over 5 kilometers a day or in the alternative I am on the elliptical for over an hour a day and have been doing so for more than a month. I simply cannot give Aparna a higher recommendation!
