I love this physiotherapy clinic. I was referred by a friend and I was a bit turned off initially because I had a 3 mth wait to get an appt. but it was worth the wait. I see Thomas. He is amazing and so knowledgeable. I always tell him he has golden hands. After suffering for years and years with chronic pain issues and migraines he has given me hope. I am on my way to better health. I have also seen Aleks and Caroline from time to time and they are also very good. The front staff are also very helpful, friendly, and always trying to accommodate. I want to especially thank Ashley who is a doll. Thank you Physioactive for giving me hope. Recently I have been seeing Aparna. What can I tell you about this lovely woman? I can tell you that she is as kind and caring as she is skilled and talented at her craft. She takes the time every time I see her to listen to what has been going on with my body and address each issue. She always makes sure that I am comfortable and treats me for each issue no matter how long it may take. She also sends me home with exercises to make sure that I can take care of myself and goes over each one to make sure I know what I’m doing. I can’t say enough about this woman. She is so kind and gifted and I’m so happy to have found her.
